Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified.
Currencies
Roll & Hill offers prices in three different currencies: U.S. dollars, Australian dollars, and Euros. Euro pricing will be applied to all customers in or shipping to the Eurozone. The Australian dollar pricing will be applied to all customers in or shipping to Australia. The U.S. Dollar price will apply to all other sales.
European Orders
All orders shipping to the Eurozone will be sold at the Euro price, which includes the cost of transport. This price does not include the cost of any customs, duties or VAT, all of which will be charged locally upon arrival of goods.
Australian Orders
All orders shipping to Australia will be sold at the Australian dollar price, which includes the cost of transport. This price does not include the cost of any customs, duties or VAT, all of which will be charged locally upon arrival of goods.
Lead Times
All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the Roll & Hill price sheet or product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Custom projects require 16 weeks or more for completion. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.
Shipping Charges
The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product. For shipments to Eurozone countries and Australia, the cost of shipping is included in the price. For all other sales, the cost of shipping is not included in the price and will be charged accordingly.
In Stock
Select products are available through our In Stock program. Limited quantities are available. Products in this program are subject to change. In Stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. No cancellations will be accepted on In Stock orders.
Rush Orders
In some circumstances, orders may be rushed for a fee of 25% which may reduce lead times by half. Rush orders require pre-approval from Roll & Hill as not all items are eligible. Rush orders must be paid in full (including the rush fee) before production can begin. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders.
Custom Orders
In certain cases, products may be customized. Custom fees start at the greater of 25% of the retail value or $2,000. Custom projects may require a lead time of 16 weeks or longer. Please contact Roll & Hill for a custom estimate.
Photography
All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.
Returns
Roll & Hill does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 10 business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned within intact, original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Order Cancellations
Roll & Hill does not offer refunds. Cancellations must be made within 5 business days of confirmation of order. Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 2 business days of confirmation of order. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders or In Stock orders. Credits are valid for a period of three years from date of issuance.
Warranty
Roll & Hill will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or distributor or from Roll & Hill directly. Roll & Hill warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for three years after date of purchase. Roll & Hill reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Roll & Hill within 10 business days of occurrence. Roll & Hill, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
Damages
All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
Storage
Customers will receive notification as to the date of order completion. If shipment is not made within 30 days of the completion date due to lack of payment or customer request, Roll & Hill reserves the right to transfer the merchandise to storage. Customer bears the risk of loss or damage and all costs incurred by such transfer and storage. In addition, Roll & Hill may charge a monthly storage fee equal to the greater of 3% of the order amount or $100. If shipment is not made within 120 days, Roll & Hill reserves the right to reallocate the product and cancel the order.
