DEPOSIT Orders may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

MINIMUMS Minimum order quantities apply to wholesale orders only

OPENING ORDER Minimum opening order for wholesale accounts is $6,000.

LEAD TIMES AND PRICES All prices are U.S. dollars. The pricelist is subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. Lead times begin with receipt of deposit. Goods will ship when invoice is paid in full.

CUSTOM PROJECTS Customization starts at 20% and may require a longer lead time. Drawing and site visit charges may also apply.

RUSH FEE Orders can be rushed for a fee of 20%

SHIPPING All products are sold ex-works. All damage claims must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS All products are sold ex-works. Any liability for transport damage on international shipments is responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS Roll & Hill does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 14 days only for company credit or exchange. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned with intact, original packaging only. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of one year only from date of original purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made within 7 days of confirmation of order. Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 2 days of confirmation of order. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders.

WARRANTY Roll & Hill will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or distributor. Roll & Hill warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. Roll & Hill reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Roll & Hill within 14 days of occurrence. Roll & Hill, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
